Common IPTV Issues & Quick Fixes
1. Stream Buffering or Freezing
Ensure your streaming device is connected to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network or wired Ethernet cable. Restart your home router and streaming device to clear DNS cache. In your IPTV player settings, switch hardware decoder to Hardware (HW+) or VLC engine.
2. "Playlist Authorization Failed" Error
Double-check your username and password for typos (they are case-sensitive). Ensure your subscription period is active, or contact our WhatsApp support team to refresh your server token.
3. Audio Out of Sync
In IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, navigate to Audio Settings and adjust audio delay by +/- 200ms, or switch the audio track from 5.1 surround to Stereo.
